Frustrated but still trying....
Well - I am somewhat ashamed to say this is my macaron journey so far. My first batch (cookies 'n cream) fooled me into thinking I could do this. They looked cute from the side, flavor was lovely, but were collapsed and chewed like leather. The following 4 batches have ended up in the garbage. But still I forge on.....I haven't cried over macarons.....yet!
