What strategies have been your biggest wins with CFS? I'll start - we've had STVRs for years but never realized the value of the units in our College Funding planning strategies. Lance's videos helped us hone in on how to better utilize depreciation to offset income. With 100% bonus depreciation back, we're gearing up to buy another vacation rental.
