One mindset shift changed how I think about AI automation.
Most people start with the tool.
n8n.
Zapier.
Claude.
Codex.
Instead, start with three questions:
R → What repetitive task do you do over and over?
T → What tools or steps are involved?
O → What output do you actually want?
Once you can clearly define your R, T & O the automation becomes much easier to build. The AI is not the hard part—knowing exactly what you want is.
Curious...
What's one repetitive task in your daily workflow that you wish AI could automate?
I am always interested to see how different people approach automation.
