One trend I am watching closely: AI is shifting from answering questions to actually executing business workflows.
A recent example is AI agents being integrated directly into ERP systems, where they can monitor operations, automate repetitive tasks and take approved actions inside existing business processes instead of acting as standalone assistants.
This feels like the next stage of enterprise AI: less chat, more execution.
