First Work Tank Accountability Call
Who is down for our first ever Work Tank Accountability call this Saturday?
Where all we do is work on a shared call. No talking. Mutes. Just first 5 min we talk to set goal on what we each are working on.
You have things to implement, I have things to implement. We take 5-10 min break at 90th min. Go for 3.5 hrs for our first call. Maybe last 30 min to share what we accomplished and how we feel.
Thought is 7am-10:30am Central time. (Down for earlier or later, or even hosting for 6 hrs and letting people come in for 2 hrs if they’d want to). Please vote by commenting below.
This is the excuse to the family, like running a no cool service call in the middle of August. Haha.
But replace service with execution/implementation call, something that moves the needle fwd for yourself.
Only goal is something that when you implement, it has moved you fwd 10 steps
If you know any HVAC business owners invite them to this call. I’m 100% sure they’ll love it as I’m sure you all need that accountability partner too!
