Who is down for our first ever Work Tank Accountability call this Saturday? Where all we do is work on a shared call. No talking. Mutes. Just first 5 min we talk to set goal on what we each are working on. You have things to implement, I have things to implement. We take 5-10 min break at 90th min. Go for 3.5 hrs for our first call. Maybe last 30 min to share what we accomplished and how we feel. Thought is 7am-10:30am Central time. (Down for earlier or later, or even hosting for 6 hrs and letting people come in for 2 hrs if they’d want to). Please vote by commenting below. For the longest time I’ve been thinking of what benefits would help us in HVAC. We are always full of great ideas however we’re always busy working in our industry. Excited to have printed these A Signs for when our vans are on Service Calls. Print shop gave us yard steaks as the signs are double sided. I like the A signs for stability. Especially for windy Corpus Christi TX, Sparkling City by the beach. But figured I try them for our techs to place two by their vans. Who else uses some sort of traditional Marketing that converts?
