Intro
Hey guys,
I'm Mario. I recently started SynflowLabs, offering cold email solutions to B2B companies. The main industry I'm trying to go after is PR agencies for long-term clients, but also offering other custom solutions to anyone else doing B2B lead-generation (e.g., email infrastructure automation for infrastructure service providers)
After experimenting a lot with different skills, I'm now starting to get the hang of trying to build up an agency. Worked with my first couple of clients, and looking to grow as a one-man show for now. My current main challenge is converting interested leads into sales calls. Once someone gets on a call, they usually turn into a client, even if it's not for the main retainer offer. But getting more sales calls comes first.
What I'm looking to get out of the community is:
- Feedback, whenever possible.
- GTM material that gets consistently updated
- Networking opportunities with other people in the space.
I take pride in being open to helping people myself, so I'll try to do that as much as I can with your guys' challenges as well.
Excited to be here, and encouraging anybody reading this to keep trying their best every single day.
