80/20 for Cold Email Personalization
Lately, i've been getting more postive replies and booked meetings from my cold emails and i've been looking for a way to focus more on the inputs in a frictionless manner.
Basically, doing 20% of efforts that will get me 80% of the results that I need.
I cracked the system and made variants with make.com and N8N and this one is in n8n self hosted (you can self host it for free or for cheap)
Here’s what I did:
– Used N8N to scrape LinkedIn profiles with Apify
– Pulled a filtered lead list from Google Sheets
– Ran each profile through GPT to write a clean summary about LI profile + icebreaker
– Then auto-updated the sheet with everything ready to go
– Slack notification when the enrichment finishes
