Hello guys, I’ve started cold emailing for an SMMA company and I try to get replies in order to succeed. I’ve tried mass emailing (330 leads 1000 mails (initial mail + follow ups) and also sniper target personalized mails, with no replies whatsoever. I’ve been using all the “best ways” but nothing seems to even get me a reply. Does anyone has an idea on this? P.S.1 As a software dev, I set up my email perfectly having 10/10 on deliverability tests and inbox landing. P.S.2 The company that I’m promoting already has a lot of testimonials and a good presence

Hi @Aggelos Tsoukalis - so you sent emails to 330 contacts? If so that’s not a lot to be honest… you’ll likely need to be sending way more than that. There are many more factors than just that though - drop the intial email and follow up in here and we can take a look at it

Campaigns in the EU and US

Hi team! A quick question: Does anyone have empirical experience running campaigns in both the US and the EU using the same email accounts? In the EU, we were getting a 1% positive response rate per prospect contacted. In the US, for the same customer profile, we’re not managing to schedule anything (tested with 1,000 prospects). I’d love to know if this is purely related to where the accounts were purchased or if anyone has any valuable insights. Thanks a lot!

Hey @Mariano Rocchetti - apologies... I meant to respond this yesterday and got sidetracked!! I use the same email accounts for both US and the UK so dont see that as an issue to be fair and 1K prospects isn't a huge data set to be honest. Would love to know more about your current setup - where you purchased your domains, whats the TLD, who you use for your mail accounts, how many you have, which sequencer you use for your campaigns, what your copy looks like... would love you to post that in here so we can discuss... although feel free to DM me if its something you'd like to keep private - and i'll not try to sell you anything dont worry, i'm happy to help! 👍

Need help with Clay

If I want to send data for three contacts at a time (not more than that) to Instantly or Smartlead using Clay, how can I apply logic to generate batch numbers and use filters to ensure only three contacts are sent at a time? TIA

So, just so I understand correctly, let’s say as an example you have: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] You only want to add the first three to the sequencer and not the last three? If so why, and yes there are ways to do this but it would be better for me to understand why you want to do it so I can give you the best solution
