How?

Hi guys is there any way to know if the receiver has read the email or not?

Last week i sent the same subject lines and i get an automated response and only one interested.

So i tested with my accounts ,turned it that if i send the smae subjects ends in spam and if its a different subject it goes directly to inbox. Now im trying to resend emails but i was wondering if there is an extension where i can see if the email is read or not and save time.
