Daily Ai !
Most people are using AI as a search engine. That's leaving 90% of the value on the table. The real play is using AI as an operator — something that runs repeatable workflows, not just answers questions. Here's one thing I've been building this week: a Meta Ads campaign optimization loop that checks performance every 6 hours, flags underperformers, and rewrites ad copy automatically. No human needed between checks. Same concept applies to email follow-ups, content calendars, client reporting — anything with a pattern. If you can describe the process once, AI can run it on repeat. What's one workflow in your business you keep doing manually that you wish just ran itself?

Claude Code can do anything
I used Claude Code — Anthropic's AI coding agent — to apply to 500 jobs on Indeed completely on autopilot. No manual browsing. No copy-pasting resumes. No writing cover letters. The AI handled everything. Here's exactly what it did: ✅ Scraped hundreds of job listings on Indeed matching my target role ✅ Rewrote my resume for EACH job using the exact language in that job description ✅ Generated a custom, personalized cover letter for every single application ✅ Submitted the applications automatically Most people are still applying the old way — sending the same generic resume to 10 jobs a week and wondering why they're getting ignored. This changes everything. Claude Code can do this for Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and more. It can find the jobs, tailor your entire application, and book you interviews — while you do literally nothing. This is just one use case. Claude Code can do this same kind of AI agent work for: 🔹 Lead generation pipelines for local businesses 🔹 Website audits and outreach campaigns 🔹 Content and SEO automation 🔹 Cold email systems that run 24/7 🔹 Running Meta and Google Ads with AI 💬 Comment the word JOBS below and I'll send you the exact Claude Code build I used for free. --- 📖 Want the full AI automation system? Google just officially killed SEO
Google just officially killed SEO — and I stopped paying for it across every brand I run. Google's own CEO said it on stage at Google I/O. Links are becoming an afterthought. AI Overviews now reach 2.5 billion people a month. The classic search results page is basically gone. There's a tool called Ubersuggest that shows you exactly which keywords trigger AI Overviews — and how to get your content cited inside them. This is the new SEO. Want the AI systems I use for content, ads, and automation? My AI Playbook is linked in my bio. The AI workflow I keep seeing fail (and the fix)
Most people automate the wrong thing first. They grab a new AI tool, wire it up, and expect results. They don't come. The problem isn't the tool. It's that they automated a broken process. AI just makes the broken part run faster. Fix: before you automate anything, write out what the ideal human version looks like. Clear inputs, expected outputs, defined handoffs. Then automate that. What's the first AI workflow you built that actually worked — what made it click?

The routing layer is where AI pipelines leak money
Most people burning $500–2k/month on AI API costs are making the same mistake. They default every request to their best (most expensive) model. Classification. Summarization. Format cleanup. Routing logic. All hitting Claude Sonnet or GPT-4o. The fix: add a classification layer before anything expensive runs. A cheap, fast model (Haiku, Flash, Mixtral) reads the request first and categorizes it. Simple task? Handled cheap. Complex reasoning needed? Routes up to the premium model. I added this to one pipeline and cut API spend by 68% in a week. Output quality didn't move. What's actually eating most of your API costs right now — do you know the breakdown?
