Introductions
Hi! I'm Judy, and I'm your host here in this group.
I'm a woman of a certain age: GenX, menopausal.
I'm neurodivergent: ADHD, Autistic, chronic migraines.
I'm a cancer survivor with ongoing health issues.
I'm also a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and I hold down a full time job.
I've learned to manage all these things using tools like journaling, mind maps, doodling, collage and creative planning, to help keep this wild, chaotic, amazing life of mine from running off the rails.
