I have few things bugging me. I dont have a very progress in skills, may achieve l sit and handstand this month. I had doubts on dips, when I go down, my body flexibility let's me go down more than the minimum condition of arm being parallel to ground, and goes more deeper to shoulder level. It wasn't always like this , I'm stuck at 8-10 reps. My dips progression is good considering the stretch I get but no progress in reps. Should I do any changes or let it go how it's going?
And I have access to my clg gym which has few equipments to suffice, so i do pushups pull leg rest push pull session with mixture of gym and calisthenics exercise. I find it hard to add core exercises; wrist, grip, pinch strength exercises. And flexibility, any idea on how to shape my workout plan efficienctly
