Installing glass floors is the bare-minimum in 2025
This is my prediction for 2025,
Everyone wants to focus on the installing side of business, which definitely matters.
But buying the newest Milwaukee tool is not going to impress your customers or get more eyeballs onto your business
I'm not saying that they don't matter. They absolutely do, but in 2025, installing glass floors is the bare minimum and is almost a commodity
What matters is getting as many leads as possible. Use a more automated system that can guide them through the buying process with resources such as a portfolio, reviews, brand showcase videos, why you are different from the others.
It should convince them that you are the answer to their problems.
You're seeing more companies with idiots running prices into the floor. You wonder why they're getting jobs at $4 per square foot
We must generate MORE qualified leads. We need a strong sales process that shows your brand. It must educate them on why you are the best choice. We want to avoid using sales reps and unnecessary customer service.
With the rise of Automations and AI, those that adapt will be more profitable.
Allowing them to even compete with the $4/sqft guys while still being profitable
