I've been using a cool minimalistic transaction coordination software. (Free for the base version which is great for those who like to just try new programs) Syncs to your calendar and your google drive to keep all of your documents and dates easily accessible. Works inside of your Google Email account too so you get to see all your transaction emails seperate of your misc stuff. Give it a look!
