Some of you saw the restaurant last time on Michelle’s birthday, and some of you haven’t seen it since.
To be honest, this turned into much more than we first thought. What started as a renovation became a much bigger job once we began opening everything up properly.
The deeper we got into it, the more we realised how much actually had to be redone. We’ve had to remove almost all the walls, take down parts of the roof, and start over from much more of a blank page than expected. And yes, there have also been enough cockroaches to last a lifetime 😅
So it has taken more time, more patience, and a lot more work than we imagined in the beginning. But at the same time, it’s also becoming something much better. Bigger, stronger and built the way it should be from the start.
There is still a lot left to do, and we already know we need more time. But little by little it is moving forward ❤️
