How to Structure a Rest Day
Hi everyone, I’m an aspiring Coach that is willing to learn. I’ve got a quick question maybe I missed it in the nutrition module but for a rest day I understand that carbs come down and fats go up but by how much? As well how many calories should be dropped from your rest day compared to the training day diet?

Just finished watching You don’t need a perfect past to build a better future such a great video hard to watch as it’s my daughter’s journey and I’m so proud of her KEZIAH. I have a long way to go but what I got from this video is not how or why it’s WHEN! So much to learn and implement great stuff.
