Just finishing the final task on Level 2 and I cannot stress how much this level has changed my mindset. Just had a zoom call with a previous personal training client looking to be online coached, however with the self belief and mind set change I've taken from level 2's theory I approached that call with what I have just learned and ended up signing the client up! Mind set is everything! 🧠
