daily & weekly routine
my daily routine consist of
4.30am wake up no snoozing
15 minute pray and reading bible
read my daily coaching mission 1 minute
watching course content and you tube videos 40 minutes
breathing relaxing 5 minutes
and comment or ask questions in community daily.
then its off to work 5.40am - 2.00pm
then chinese chef 2.30pm - 9.30pm
home 10.00pm -10.15pm
gym 10.15pm
11.00pm review what I have done that day
self talking through out the day I do have Wednesday and Sundays off which I use to do more course content and to reflect on what ive learnt and implement it.
ive set a goal so I can leave the evening job once I've saved enough money as a buffer before I get clients. busy life style I know but I believe I can do it and will
