I'm Desmond Eastmond — around the basketball world, most people know me as Coach_ABC.
For 30+ years I've lived in gyms: developing players, running practices, and building programs. I'm the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Game Elite Basketball (est. 2000) and the founder of Elite Vision Basketball Training (2005–present), where I train pros — including NBA players like Jaylen Brown, Zion Williamson, Josh Smith, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and J.J. Hickson.
I built the Coach_ABC Basketball Handbook for one reason: most youth and high school coaches never get a real system. They piece together scattered drills off YouTube and guess at practice. Everything I share here — the drill library, the practice templates, the player development tracks — is what I actually run with my own teams.
