Hello Coaches and Students!
To get to the point, this is what this Skool page is for.
Coaches: You get to see every single demonstration from every single round I do in my classes, beginners muay thai for all techniques and all combinations, intermediate games and sparring activities, and advanced sparring and games too, for all scenarios and techniques to be used, also boxing padwork will feature heavily. How I start my classes, my cues, my methods. You can steal it all and it will be constantly uploaded to throughout the year, so there will be several hundred videos added per year. If you run out of ideas for class, STEAL IT.
Students: You will get to see cues you may not have seen before, and ideas for sessions that are new too, you will be able to train away from home if you work off shore for example, or you will have a bank of ideas for individual training by yourself or with a partner.
