Diet Hack: Make Foods You Like, Not Love
One of the biggest diet hacks I’ve found is this:
Make foods you like to eat—not foods you absolutely love.
When I’m trying to stay in a calorie deficit and meal prep, I purposely make meals that I enjoy, but I know there are other meals I’d rather have.
Why?
Because they’re good enough to keep me satisfied, but not so good that I’m tempted to go back for seconds or snack on them all day.
That simple strategy makes it much easier for me to stay on track, hit my calories, and stay consistent.
It might not work for everyone, but it’s one of the tricks that’s helped me stick to a diet. Find little strategies like this that make staying consistent easier.
