CMD Careers is a family-owned careers consultancy founded in September 2024. We help students, graduates, professionals, and executives secure career opportunities across the UK, US, and UAE. While we support clients at all career stages, around 80% of our work focuses on students and early-career professionals.
Our process begins with a comprehensive CV and LinkedIn review, followed by tailored application strategy and career planning. Rather than encouraging mass applications, we help clients identify the right opportunities, build competitive applications, and develop a clear route into their chosen industry. Clients then receive one-to-one mentoring and mock interview preparation until they secure their desired role.
CMD Careers has delivered employability workshops at universities including Durham, KCL, and RHUL, and has helped candidates secure opportunities with leading employers such as Nationwide and Samsung. We have also earned 30+ Google reviews and 40+ contracts on Upwork.
