Where do I start
Hello my name is Virginia I am interested in being a bird dog I have a passion for find off market tax delinquent abandon real estate and would love a side job to learn more, but I don't know where how or even go about doing this i live in concord ca( bay area)' I'm just starting my new journey in real estate wholesale flipping, so this is all new but I'm so open to learning and finding off market deals and real estate investing in hope to one day be able to flip my own real estate investment
