Most people in Club Rainmaker are doing cold email backwards.
They focus on: → better copy → more personalization → more volume But ignore the one thing that actually drives replies: Lead quality. Here’s a simple shift that changed my results: Instead of asking “How do I write a better email?” I started asking “Who is already struggling right now?” So I only target businesses with clear gaps: • No website → losing visibility • Bad reviews → losing trust • No booking system → losing customers • Outdated design → low conversions Now the email doesn’t need to be “perfect.” Because the problem is obvious. That’s why: Less volume → more replies → better clients I even started scoring leads based on these signals (0–100) So I know exactly who to contact first.
