Haven't slept yet, but my small wins for the previous day was pushing myself in the gym continuously, the little moments where you keep going despite the pain not only grow discipline, but also character. BTW new module droppin this week in the classroom
I was intentional with my focus today, which id say is small win in addition to usual training in gym and work for business. The time you put into things only matters if your intent (focus) is there also Good night everyone
