Procreate vs Photoshop vs Illustrator for Clothing Brand Design?
I've been using Procreate for all my graphics, mockups, and tech packs that I send to my manufacturer, and it's worked pretty well so far. But I'm starting to wonder if it's the best long-term option or if it's going to limit me as I try to make more advanced designs in the future. For those of you with more experience, would you recommend switching to Photoshop or Illustrator? If so, why? My main focus is creating high-quality apparel graphics with things like distressing, fades, textures, and more complex artwork. I'm less concerned about logo design and more focused on making the actual graphics look as good as possible. Would you stick with Procreate, move to Photoshop, Illustrator, or use a combination of them?

Marketing Lesson 💎
Most clothing brands sell products. The brands that scale sell significance. When we say the 500 DEGREES Collection will never be restocked, we’re not just selling a shirt—we’re creating scarcity, exclusivity, and a moment in time. People don’t just buy fabric. They buy stories. They buy milestones. They buy things they believe will matter later. That’s why anniversary collections, limited releases, and one-time drops perform so well when done authentically. The goal isn’t to trick people into buying. The goal is to give people the opportunity to own a piece of your brand’s history. Ask yourself: What makes your next release memorable enough that people will wish they bought it years from now?
