Driving for Dollars

It's an old school method but still stands the test of time.

I've spoken with several people on here who seem frustrated with their journeys and progress. Told me of looking at areas outside their own domiciled and I suggested looking at properties where they live and if they find the properties, drive to them, view them and then look for the owners.

Might be an easier process and build your confidence. Work in an area you're most comfortable first and then expand.
