We all love to complain.. so let's complain..
The deaneries are shit.. the BMA is shit.. Service provision and organisational slavery is shit.. not being appreciated or validated esp when we go above and beyond is shit.. being told that we are the highest paid civil servants is shit.. (remember him).. (Jeremy Hunt just in case it was before your time).. not being trained until you actually become a consultant is shit.. Have I missed anything?

Not a priority
No time for skool.. Can only do this if it helps in my current business. Either re diagnostics or post-acquisition - no proof but can document and learn in the process. Can sell later.

Been thinking of what to make this community
Initial thoughts are to create a community for doctors wanting to make the jump into entrepreneurship.. from side hustle to full time.. may include other professionals later.. Can use my experience to show that it is possible.. People can engage with the classroom, with each other and use of extended network. A forum to discuss ideation and execution. to connect. Outcome would be to improve skills, connect with possible co-founders, making the jump, and potentially partnering up with my company - name/brand will be disclosed later. Depending on amount of interest.. Value proposition - use of my network, decreasing the length of time from ideation to execution, goal setting (inputs), support along the way, ultimately alumni and/or talent acquisition. We will see how this group develops. T - 115.
Classroom
the general classroom should be like a natural story going from one to the other, they will need to want to learn more, they will need examples of people who have done it before - this should be a focus - , they will need to know basic skills of sales and marketing, how can use AI to leverage, but still need time.
