1. Search for a post with your field of interest and current profesional status (if none exist create your own). 2. Once you find it, don't be shy! - If you're just joining: Introduce yourself and ask to participate in existing projects or find someone new to create and start your own! - If you're already in a project: Help out the less experienced! Allowing someone else to join your research project does not take anything from you, it adds. It helps you finish and publish your research faster, it helps them out learn and publish research, and it helps you start a team with whom you can work on later projects! Remember a group will always beat the one in any competition except being alone.
