Lately I’ve realised something. A lot of ambitious and successful people are running themselves into the ground without even noticing it. Business owners, workers, tradies, gym people, overthinkers, people chasing more while doom scrolling day and night… constantly switched on. Running on caffeine, stress, pressure and survival mode until eventually you almost forget how to properly relax and switch off. That’s why I created this community. Not to tell people to stop being ambitious, but to bring together hard working, driven people in a place where we can debunk stress, share coping mechanisms, talk openly and build a genuinely good community. Because what’s the point of success if your health, mind, relationships and peace disappear in the process?
