Hi all, I had a quick question. With 15+ years of experience in the energy sector, I am currently pivoting from Oil and Gas to Renewable Energy. I do not have any Renewable Energy experience and I have an Executive MBA. Someone suggested to me start applying to Director roles in Renewable Energy. Do you think it is possible for me to get a Director Role in Renewable Energy if I don't have any prior renewable energy experience?
