Taking on a new 6 month challenge.
One of the most uncomfortable and difficult things for me has been to comment on people's posts on LinkedIn. I generally don't do this and it is not natural to me. A month ago in a weekly group coaching call Izzy challenged me to start commenting on people's posts.
I thought about this for some time and I have decided to challenge myself and push myself outside of my comfort zone. From 1-June to 30-November of this year, I will comment on a minimum of 5 posts every day, predominantly on posts of individuals in Renewable Energy, Energy Transition and Data Center space.
I'm not sure what this challenge will lead to, but I am ready to learn and grow in the process.
Any feedback or thoughts on this challenge would be greatly appreciated.
