Students need to know exactly what they should be doing throughout the class period.
Not just generally, but specifically. Minute by minute.
When they know what to do, how to do it, and what comes next, there are fewer opportunities for things to get off track. 🎯
I spent nine years in the classroom, never received below distinguished in classroom management, and never had to raise my voice to keep control. 👩🏽🏫
My hope is to help other educators do the same by sharing the simple strategies I used in my own classroom.
I believe in working smarter, not harder.
You don’t need to exhaust yourself trying to control your students.
You need systems that do some of that work for you. 🧰
