Accountability That Actually Works
Ever notice how “check-ins” usually end up being chit-chat? That’s why most accountability dies in the water. Here’s the fast fix: 👉 Give every person one number they own. 👉 Review it weekly, in public. 👉 Instead of asking, “How’s it going?” ask, “What’s your number this week?” Way less awkward.
