Tip: ClickUp - worth exploring
Hi Founders!
My goal was to create a system and process that would ultimately buy back my time. What I thought would take one week ended up taking two, which means I’m technically a little behind on my 90-day challenge — but that’s okay. Progress over perfection. We move and we level up.
I’ve been working on ClickUp and wanted to share a few things I’m already seeing value in:
• Sales: Clear pipeline visibility — you can see where every lead sits and what the next action is, which helps prevent missed follow-ups.
• CRM: All client information, notes, quotes, and communication in one place, making handovers and relationship management much easier.
• Marketing: Campaigns and projects move through clear stages from idea to execution, creating consistency instead of last-minute pressure.
• Social Media Content: Content calendars help plan ahead, batch create, and stay consistent across platforms.
• Biggest win: Less time spent remembering and managing tasks, more time spent executing and growing the business.
I’m still learning and refining as I go, but if you’re looking to create more structure and clarity in your business, it might be worth exploring.
