Is it Fear?
We normally hesitate to something because of the fear of people's opinion. We spend our whole life living in fear to act, to decide, to speak out or to take charge all because we are worried about what our neighbors will say. But then, you realise later on in life that nobody really cared, and now you live in regret that you could've brought all your dreams and goals to life but you didn't. I want a life of reward not a life of regret.
