Relationship Success is a coaching and learning community led by Dr. Barbara L. Ciccarelli for growth-led people who experience relational mismatches. For instance, when one expects to be superior and the other expects the relationship to be reciprocal or mutual. The idea is to recognize this dynamic and build self-authority in order to increase confidence, voice and self-trust. The purpose of all of the events and access to Dr. Barbara, is not to pose self or other blame but instead to grow within yourself. You can't fix the other person. You can only work on your personal growth and change your behavior.
