Prayer request, Issues with closing…
The title company has not been able to get the sellers loan payoff amount from their bank. We are less than two hours out from closing, and we have no idea what we need to bring to closing. Without this information, the bank cannot give us our closing costs. This is extremely stressful and frustrating. We need God to move in the situation so we can take care of things on our end and make it to closing today.
Update: The sellers are asking to postpone the closing to next week because they will have to pay a prepayment penalty if we close today. We told them no, we took off work, I have clients scheduled next week, and we have contractors scheduled to come today and the next few days. We are closing today. They had their same 45 days to work all this out. Their issue doesn't constitute an emergency on our part. 🙏🏼
