I emailed my landlord to let her know I will not be renewing my lease, and I just scheduled an email to be sent out to all my clients to let them know about the move into our new location this fall. I nervous! Not really sure why. Help me pray through, thanks!

My right leg range of motion is still improving with little to no pain and discomfort! 🙌

I haven't been able to pull my right leg to my chest, or even to a 90 degree angle, and definitely cannot drop my leg to the side since my back injury and surgery. Yesterday I went for a massage and had her work on my hips. My massage therapist is a spirit filled Christian; she prayer for me as she started, and then again mid-way through. Last night I was doing so gentle stretching, pulling my right leg toward my chest. When I do that, the muscles in and around my hip area always spasm, and it is very painful so I have to release the stretch. Well last night I held the stretch and prayed that God would help me through the pain and spasms so I could hold the stretch. To my surprise I felt the muscle release. I then moved the leg out to the side a little for a stretch - same thing, then I felt the muscle release. This was a huge breakthrough! This morning I stretched again and it was spasming again but I am able to work through it. I am believing God is healing that part of my leg and I will have full range of motion again.

I have two clients who need prayer. •My client Michelle was in Thursday and shared she's been diagnosed with breast cancer. We prayed for her healing. •My client Annie was on her way to her appointment Thursday and had an accident just a few blocks away from me. She fell asleep at the wheel and hit a pole. She is ok but her car is totaled. The police brought her to my studio, and I was able to calm her and pray over her.
