I started fasting three years ago, and it’s become part of my everyday life. During the day, I drink black coffee and about a gallon of water, then enjoy a healthy dinner in the evening. Since making these lifestyle changes, my bloodwork and biomarkers have looked great, and I overall feel healthier and better. I also lift weights four times a week and walk 3 miles daily. For me, it’s about staying consistent with the whole routine. This is my personal experience—everyone’s needs are different, and I can’t credit fasting alone for my results.
