New Years Resolution Reset?!
Im not gonna lie. I have fallen off of my resolutions too. Getting sick doesn't help a ton when you are trying to stay locked in with fitness. Here are some strategies on how to get the ball rolling again! 1. Not going to the gym: Have no expectations, just show up to the gym, don't have a plan. Just do the movements you like to get a sweat/pump 2. Not eating clean: Throw out all the bad foods. Literally waste the money and just get rid of it. Cook your fave go to easy recipe. If you dont have one check out the classroom page with all the easy recipes. 3. Not sleeping early. Set an alarm for 8 or 9 or 10 pm, and then put the phone out of arms reach. Take some melatonin or drink warm tea. Sit with your thoughts until you fall asleep. Make it easy. Make it so its impossible to not do the habit you want to do.
