Its only overwhelming because of other peoples successes!
I hear it too! Everyone talks about how they gained 15 lbs of muscle in a year or lost 30 lbs in 3 months and so can you! When you don't accomplish those (unrealistic) results, now something is wrong with you. Why couldn't I do that. What do they know that I don't? What am I doing wrong? Your only focus is being the best version of yourself. Focus on the fittest, most locked in, most disciplined version of you. Other peoples standards do not apply to you! Work on what you can do today and improve everyday. Focus on the best you daily!

We can learn Doctorate level education lessons on youtube. You can google 2, 3, and 4 day free workout splits. You can watch youtube videos on how to meal prep. You can find delicious recipes on Tiktok. ITS ALL THERE. The missing piece is our action daily. Take action today. GO GYM! Eat clean. Sleep early. Where are you taking action today?

New Years Resolution Reset?!
Im not gonna lie. I have fallen off of my resolutions too. Getting sick doesn't help a ton when you are trying to stay locked in with fitness. Here are some strategies on how to get the ball rolling again! 1. Not going to the gym: Have no expectations, just show up to the gym, don't have a plan. Just do the movements you like to get a sweat/pump 2. Not eating clean: Throw out all the bad foods. Literally waste the money and just get rid of it. Cook your fave go to easy recipe. If you dont have one check out the classroom page with all the easy recipes. 3. Not sleeping early. Set an alarm for 8 or 9 or 10 pm, and then put the phone out of arms reach. Take some melatonin or drink warm tea. Sit with your thoughts until you fall asleep. Make it easy. Make it so its impossible to not do the habit you want to do.
