Pretty awesome to see how you put things together Coach. Super grateful for all the videos (especially when they're actively linked).
Any chance you have videos (or explanations) of leaning hops or banded fast leg?
Also, it seems like on Monday the running element typically doesn't mention sets or reps, just the exercises - does that mean you’re only having them do 1 rep each or it simply varies from athlete to athlete?
