Block Settings for Starts
I was reviewing the Winning the 1st 10m video series from 2 years ago. The video referenced the Italian study using the leg length for block settings. The article used 60% of the measured length for the front block setting. Coach Korfist mentioned 50% of the length. Can you help me understand the difference between 60 and 50%?
