Bad foot strike
Hi Coach Korfist, I coach my son in the off season and his foot strike, especially on the left side, has gotten very bad. He is in lane 1 in the GIFs. Planning to have him do the ISO Ankle progressions you have laid out on youtube but concerned there could be more going on here. Suggestions? I can send the entire video if you would like but not sure how to get it to you. Thanks! Eric
