Every single year around PBX, I get the same questions:
“Sharone, what are you doing?”“Are you hosting something?”“Is there a meetup?”
Y’all know I LOVE creating spaces for us to connect, laugh, learn, and be in community… but I’m going to be honest with you for a second.
And when there is silence, no RSVPs, and no engagement… it becomes really hard (and honestly disheartening) to keep putting on events that people say they want but don’t show up for.
