Here’s how it works:
- You have a Bingo board with different training actions
- Every time you complete one square, tick it off ✅
- Post about it in the community (video, photo, or short text, proof matters)
- The goal is consistent action, not perfection
Some squares will feel easy. Some will feel uncomfortable. Good. Discomfort = growth.
Examples of what to post:
- A progress clip
- A freestyle
- A mirror check reflection
- Feedback you gave to others
- A choreography you struggled with
- Stretching or mobility proof
⚠️ Important: Watching doesn’t count. Thinking about it doesn’t count. Only doing + posting counts.
By the end of January, you should be able to clearly say: “I trained more intentionally than ever before.”
