I have officially released Week 1 of the 3-Month Trainee Challenge. The videos and training materials are available for you to access.
You may practice these materials at your own pace, but do not mistake "own pace" for laziness. Consistency is the only thing that separates a trainee from a hobbyist.

They are not for your friends, and they are not for social media. If you are caught sharing these videos or documents with anyone outside of this program, you will be immediately banned and face legal consequences. I take my intellectual property and your training environment seriously.
YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Wednesdays: Feedback Every Wednesday, I will provide feedback on your progress.
Depending on my availability, this will either be:
- A live Practice Hall session.
- Detailed Written Feedback on your posts.
- Check the community updates to know which one it will be.
End of Week: Weekly Evaluations At the end of the week, I will create a specific post titled "WEEKLY EVALUATION." You are required to post videos of the basics you have learned and practiced during the week. This is not optional if you want to improve.
Do not rush. Focus on your body mechanics. If your bounce is weak, your dance is weak.
