Why your rating is stuck
Here's a great video explaining why most of us hit a plateau and don't really realise what are we doing wrong. The main thing talked in the video is why you shouldn't just do puzzles only but also try to apply it in real games. There can be crazily sacrifices you can do to either win or draw a game rather than losing and its really simple just you need to calculate a position like a puzzle but don't take too much time or the clock will eat you.
