Hopefully y'all are crushing y'all's progress in chess! Here's a message for you!
Hey I truly hope every single one of y'all days are going well. But I want to share this message with y'all, and it's the gospel of Jesus! If any of y'all are depressed or have anxiety, or feel like there is no purpose in life I truly want to let y'all know that there is hope and it is though Christ(the Son of God). I really don't wanna come off as a purely "religious" person, because my fault has resulted a genuine relationship with Christ it has changed my life. I used to be that way, not knowing the purpose of life and I had a deep unfulfilled heart(kinda like my existence was trapped in a sinkhole, not being able to climb out of it regardless of what I did)but a couple years back I found Jesus. To give a little backstory I am currently living in a "Christian" household and my parents would consider themselves to be "Christians" but it would kinda if the average "Christian" American household, like praying before we eat, thanking God, ect. But I just thought it was just something we did not knowing the true meaning behind it, and it become almost like a chore we did everyday. Until the pandemic, being home most of the day, I felt that's the time God really started to draw me, and I could feel it. I had this unusual attraction to Jesus(not in a bad way, but I couldn't explain it) and that led me to hearing the gospel watching a random video on something biblical related and my life has never been the same since. Don't get it wrong, it is not easy following Christ and it will be challenging along the way, but knowing that you are following the living God outweighs every other fear you might experience. And I want to bring y'all the same message that Jesus is there for you and he heals. But the main theme of the gospel is repentance, turning away from wrongdoing and placing your complete faith in Jesus Christ because of his death (overcoming sin and righteous judgement of God) and his ressurection (overcoming death, hell, and the grave). Trusting in him alone for your salvation! I really hope this encourage somebody today and shed light into somebody's day!
